Earn money taking online survey

Just recently I subscibed to a site where it promises that there are money to be earned taking online surveys. I did what was instructed to do and registered with a number of the so called market research companies wasting alot of time input my personal profile etc over and over again asking basically the same sort of questions. But alas at the end of the day I did not received any request from this companies to take any paid survey.So where does it lead me to. ??????????. Then there is also this offer of being paid to read email , being paid to shop ,being paid to dine in the restaurant etc. Are this genuine. Having sign up and paid for the one time membership fees and tried without any result it leaves you to wonder whether these are all scams. Yet there are also even many others so called easy money making method on the internet. Some of this sites proclaimed to be able to show you how to make tons of money sometimes within a short period of time but after reading the whole page you are still left wondering what you are suppose to do to be able to earn money on the internet. The only thing you are told very clearly is that you must subscribe and pay a certain fees and automatically you are directed to this page where they allow you to pay by credit cards ,paypal methods etc. The way I look at it they just try to write some crap and try to entice you to part with your money. Most of them even proclaimed that the offer is iron clad warranty. Can you believe it. Well I do not know . I do not wish to try it any way. Fed up !
